She Still Believes in LOVE

Love. Love. Love.

Once, somebody told me... I should not stop believing on unconditional love.
I really never did. I had my own share of how powerful love can be. In my 24 years of existence, I had been crushed by love, flew in love, drowned by love... almost killed by love.

I have always been Miss Risk Taker. When I feel it, I grab it and always had the hardest time to let go. But one of the greatest things God taught me when I went back to Him was:

1 Corinthians 13

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

I have known this verse for the longest time but haven't really put it in my heart.

This time it was already scarred.

Just recently,I had another roller coaster ride with love.

I learned to completely surrender and trust Him my heart. He taught me that some things are meant to be, and some things are not. That there's always a reason for anything. That LOVE IS PATIENT.. IT WAITS. That LOVE PERSEVERES, NO MATTER HOW PAINFUL AND HOW HARD THE JOURNEY IS. That LOVE ALWAYS TRUSTS... IT ALWAYS BELIEVES. That LOVE IS NOT SELF-SEEKING, IT IS SACRIFICIAL...UNCONDITIONAL. That LOVE NEVER FAILS, IT ALWAYS WIN.

That LOVE is not always about eating in banquets and Passover festivals. It is also about being beaten, rejected and nailed.

That Love is not just about flying in a balloon, it is also about laying down in a bed of roses with thorns.

That LOVE is not just about happiness, it is also about pain.

That LOVE is HOW JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS TO SAVE US FROM OUR SINS.

So what is this little pain compared to His pain?

I need not to tell you what exactly happened on my recent roller coaster ride... The only thing I could say was that the person I was with asked the operator to stop the ride cause he was shaken. He was afraid of what might happen. He couldn't take the upside downs and lurches. Instead he took off and went to a safer and more secure ride. Somebody, who was just looking at us while having the ride, took his seat and now riding with me. Wait for the ride to end, and move on to the higher, deeper and wilder ride.

Your li'l miss Sunshine, though she failed on love for how many times not the other way around, though she ended up bruised being thrown in all directions after each and every ride, never gave up on believing in LOVE.

Whether it's A WALK TO REMEMBER

Jamie: You know what I figured out today?
Landon: What?
Jamie: Maybe God has a bigger plan for me than I had for myself. Like this journey never ends. Like you were sent to me because I'm sick. To help me through all this. You're my angel.

Or 500 Days of Summer:

Tom: What happens if you fall in love?
Summer: Well, you don't believe that, do you?
Tom: It's love. It's not Santa Claus.

Or The Notebook:

Young Noah: Well that's what we do, we fight... You tell me when I am being an arrogant son of a bitch and I tell you when you are a pain in the ass. Which you are, 99% of the time. I'm not afraid to hurt your feelings. You have like a 2 second rebound rate, then you're back doing the next pain-in-the-ass thing.
Young Allie: So what?
Young Noah: So it's not gonna be easy. It's gonna be really hard. We're gonna have to work at this every day, but I want to do that because I want you. I want all of you, for ever, you and me, every day. Will you do something for me, please? Just picture your life for me? 30 years from now, 40 years from now? What's it look like? If it's with him, go. Go! I lost you once, I think I can do it again. If I thought that's what you really wanted. But don't you take the easy way out.
Young Allie: What easy way? There is no easy way, no matter what I do, somebody gets hurt.

Or Serendipity:

Dean: Jonathan Trager, prominent television producer for ESPN, died last night from complications of losing his soul mate and his fiancee. He was 35 years old. Soft-spoken and obsessive, Trager never looked the part of a hopeless romantic. But, in the final days of his life, he revealed an unknown side of his psyche. This hidden quasi-Jungian persona surfaced during the Agatha Christie-like pursuit of his long reputed soul mate, a woman whom he only spent a few precious hours with. Sadly, the protracted search ended late Saturday night in complete and utter failure. Yet even in certain defeat, the courageous Trager secretly clung to the belief that life is not merely a series of meaningless accidents or coincidences. Uh-uh. But rather, its a tapestry of events that culminate in an exquisite, sublime plan. Asked about the loss of his dear friend, Dean Kansky, the Pulitzer Prize-winning author and executive editor of the New York Times, described Jonathan as a changed man in the last days of his life. "Things were clearer for him," Kansky noted. Ultimately Jonathan concluded that if we are to live life in harmony with the universe, we must all possess a powerful faith in what the ancients used to call "fatum", what we currently refer to as destiny.

She will never stop believing on LOVE. She will never ever give up on happy endings.
She will be patiently waiting for LOVE. And GOD is LOVE.
SO SHE WILL ALWAYS WAIT FOR GOD.
Because she is God's beloved and He promised her the best and the desires of her heart.
SHE WILL WAIT...with all her SMILES!!!

LOVE.
